In her position at CSA Research, Fatima Bengana focuses on the coordination and execution of research across the full research lifecycle. Her work centers on supporting research projects from planning through publication, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and consistent application of CSA Research standards. She supports analysts by managing research operations, maintaining and structuring large datasets, coordinating publishing workflows, and overseeing cross project schedules. Her role also includes reviewing and improving research related processes, and supporting analysts with data collection and presentation.
Fatima holds a Master’s Degree in the Didactics of the English Language from Djilali Liabes University, where she graduated as valedictorian. Her academic background supports her work on language accuracy, structure, and consistency in research outputs. Based in Algeria, she is a native Arabic speaker and works fluently in English and French. Her professional focus combines research coordination, operational rigor, and cross team collaboration to ensure CSA Research delivers reliable, well executed research at scale.
